Last 2018 web log

Traditionally the festive season brings with it thoughts of friends, family and laughter. However for many people today, it also means a whole lotta stress, in all shapes and sizes. Whether its being way too behind on the Christmas shopping, or your own end of year goals; in cases even meeting certain relatives could be enough to induce a mild anxiety attack. Ultimately it always feels like there’s way too much to do at this time of year, however it can help to keep in mind that there’s no point in overloading ourselves, in fact that can often make things even more unpleasant.
We make various everyday problems worse with our implicit indignation that we must deal with them at all – as if we imagined we might one day get to live a problem-free life.
One hour of Exercise per week and can treat and help your mental health. If you don’t want to break a sweat, Yoga does wonders too. On the other hand this not only helps you mentally, but physically too. Exercise can help one’s physical health, though you must not repeat the same exercise constantly.
Variety in your workouts will keep you fresher physically and mentally than if you do the same thing day after day after day.
Having enough sleep is also a miracle worker. This season may bring many gatherings and parties, and overwhelming thoughts, but we should also recognise that a full 8 hours of sleep is a required minimum. You need to remind your self that you also need to enjoy the holidays responsibly. Have a merry Christmas and focus on having a positive new year.  If a Jazz guitarist managed to play guitar whilst having brain surgery, we can do anything, as seen in the video here.
